About Hepworth Brewery
At Hepworth Brewery, we’re proud to be a small, independently run brewery rooted in our local community. We focus on creating characterful, flavour-forward beers - brews that tell a story, capture conversation, and bring people together. Our brewery, taproom, and shop are more than retail space: they’re a destination for beer lovers, a place to experience the process, discover new beers, and soak in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
We’re growing, and we want someone passionate to join us as we deepen our local presence and expand our reach. If you’re keen to be part of something authentic, hands-on, and fun, this could be the perfect role.
Role Summary
As a Retail & Taproom Team Member, you’ll be a visible and vital ambassador of the Hepworth experience. Your work will straddle front-of-house and back-of-house: serving customers in the shop and taproom, while also managing online orders, stock control, deliveries, and ensuring beer quality is always top-notch.
You’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team. Because we’re small, everyone chips in - and your contributions will have a real impact. Expect variation in your day: one moment you’re chatting about hops with a visitor, the next you’re packing orders or rotating stock in the back.
You’ll work five days a week (rotated across Monday-Saturday). The brewer shop and taproom open 11:00–17:00; on those open days, your priority is customer service and bar/shop tasks, but you’ll also take on essential operational duties outside of opening hours.
